By accessing our website, submitting a booking inquiry, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services at IlonaR Style, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

IlonaR Style is a professional hair salon located in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, California. We offer a range of hair services including but not limited to hair coloring, blonding and balayage, highlighting, hair extensions, women's haircuts, men's haircuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styling.

All services are performed by licensed cosmetology professionals. Service descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and history of chemical treatments. IlonaR Style does not guarantee specific outcomes. Our stylists will provide a thorough consultation prior to any service and will advise you honestly on what is achievable for your hair.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion, including situations where proceeding with a requested service may cause damage to the client's hair or scalp, or where a client's conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to staff or other guests.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments at IlonaR Style may be made by phone, through our website booking form, or via any third-party booking platform we may use. Booking an appointment constitutes an agreement to attend at the scheduled time and to pay for the services rendered.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and stylist. Walk-in appointments are welcomed when availability permits but cannot be guaranteed.

A valid phone number and email address are required when booking so that we may send appointment confirmations and reminders. By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving appointment-related communications from IlonaR Style.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of IlonaR Style. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings or refusal of future appointments.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the delay and the stylist's remaining schedule, we may need to modify your services or reschedule your appointment entirely.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. IlonaR Style accepts cash and major credit and debit cards. Please confirm accepted payment methods when booking, as accepted forms of payment may change.

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates based on the length, density, or condition of your hair, the complexity of the service requested, or additional products used during your appointment. Your stylist will communicate any pricing adjustments prior to beginning the service wherever possible.

Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is left entirely to the client's discretion. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with the result of a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we may work with you to address your concerns.

6. SMS and Text Message Communications

IlonaR Style may send text messages (SMS) to the phone number you provide when booking an appointment. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and promotional offers related to our salon services.

By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receiving SMS messages from IlonaR Style. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent, except those directly required to complete a transaction you have initiated. IlonaR Style does not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS communications are used solely for the purposes described above.

7. Health, Safety, and Allergies

It is your responsibility to inform your stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medical conditions, or recent chemical treatments before any service begins. This includes but is not limited to allergies to hair dye components, latex, or specific fragrances.

IlonaR Style may conduct a patch test prior to certain chemical services, particularly for new clients or when significantly new products are being used. It is strongly recommended that you do not waive a patch test if offered. If you decline a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur.

We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe proceeding may pose a risk to your health or the health of your hair.

8. Limitation of Liability

IlonaR Style and its staff make every reasonable effort to provide professional, high-quality services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IlonaR Style shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to hair damage, allergic reactions where proper disclosures were made, or dissatisfaction with a completed service.

Our total liability to any client in connection with any single service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Hair services for minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian who must be present during the appointment.
